With a similar concept to Tap Music 3D, Tiles Hop – EDM Rush is a rhythm-based game where you control a ball to hit certain music tiles in time with the music. Although the title advertises itself as EDM Rush, there are a number of music genres to choose from, such as:

I’ve definitely come across numerous games that have similar gameplay to this, however, I had such fun playing it. It’s one of those games where you really have to pay attention because one slip up can ruin everything, and I love the pressure.

Graphics

In terms of the visuals, I’m greatly reminded of Hop Ball 3D. The same company makes both games so it makes sense. The difference between this game and Hop Ball 3D is that this game uses real songs.

Music & Sounds

As I said above, this game uses real songs as the audio for the gameplay. You can unlock your favorite songs or just stick to the ones you are given from the beginning. You can make this game your own!

Controls

Hold and drag to control the ball and it’ll move towards the music tiles. It’s as simple as that!

The Verdict

Although there’s a lot of similar games out there, I really enjoyed playing this one due to the array of different songs you can use. If I fancy playing a music game in the future, this will definitely be my go-to!
