Are racing games becoming too easy for you, or just boring in general? Well, now you can put your trivial skills to the test to win the race. With a set of questions that have 4 possible answers, your answer will determine whether you go on in the race or if you’re kicked out.
It has incredibly fun gameplay and different from anything I’ve seen before. If I was to compare it to another racing game, I would say it has similarities to Type Run, but even then, it’s still unique. Instead of putting your racing skills to the test, you’re challenging the trivial side of things.
I found that some of the questions were actually pretty hard to answer which I definitely didn’t expect as I thought all the questions would be ridiculously easy, making the gameplay boring. However, I had a lot of fun answering each question and challenging myself, especially since you’re put up against real players online.
A few of the questions that I got:
- What type of scope is best used to view heavenly bodies in the sky?
- Where is Frankfurt city located?
- Why did Queen Victoria wear black for the remaining 40 years of her life?
- Which The Beatles song exaggerates the truth?
- Where does the dance ‘Samba’ come from?
Although the games aren’t made by the same developer, the graphics for Trivia Cars remind me a lot of the Dumb Ways to Die series. I much prefer these graphics to Type Run and find each of the characters has their own little personalities. On top of this, you can also customize your carts to stand out from others.
Music & Sounds
The music is pretty standard and doesn’t add much to the gameplay. You could definitely play this game without sound.
To race against other players, all you need to do is tap on the right answer to move forward. If you answer wrong, you’ll simply be kicked out of the race.
