Gameplay
In the gameplay for Pawn Shop Master, you’ll get customers wanting to buy or sell certain items. Your job is to make sure you’re making a profit and to do this all you need to do is swipe left to reject and swipe right to accept. You’ll also get customers who are trying to sell stolen goods or will try to rob you at gunpoint, swipe up to call the cops in these cases. If you catch them, you can earn $500.
Graphics
Pawn Shop Master’s graphics aren’t the best in the world, but they don’t affect the gameplay. There’s a good range of characters available, although they’re often repeated. In the future, there should be more character skins added to the gameplay.
Music & Sounds
Music and sounds are non-existent in this game which I already expected and I find it often ruins the gameplay. I just don’t understand why some developers don’t bother adding audio.
Controls
To decide whether to make a sale, swipe left, up, and right. When you buy an item, you need to hold down on it to clean it, ready for the customer who buys it.
The Power of in-app Purchases
There are no in-app purchases in Pawn Shop Master apart from the removal of ads that cost $2.99.
The Verdict
Although Pawn Shop Master’s gameplay is actually quite good, the graphics and audio need to be better for me to stick to it. I also think there should be more options in terms of in-app purchases. But in general, I feel like this game was made very quickly, on a small budget in order to get downloads. I’m not a fan.
