Nintendo Leak Reveals Portable GameCube Console
A new Nintendo leak has revealed an alleged portable GameCube console. Nintendo was apparently experimenting with a portable version of the GameCube. 2020 has been a prolific year for Nintendo leaks, and it looks like it’s not stopping here because a new leak has appeared. More specifically, over on Twitter user and hacker Toruzz shared a technical document for a portable GameCube model.
It seems as if Nintendo is looking to revive the GameCube with a portable function, so you can play it anywhere, any time. We can’t wait to get our hands on it and are praying it’s not just a rumor! We need a GameCube reboot.

Skillz Valued at $3.5BN as it Prepares IPO
Skillz is planning an IPO that will value the firm at $3.5 billion.
The company is partnering with Flying Eagle Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company, in a business combination that will enable Skillz to become a publicly-listed company.
The transaction values Skillz at 6.3 times its projected 2022 revenue, which is expected to reach $555 million, amounting to $3.5 billion.
Once finished, not only will Skillz be a public company, it will also have $250 million in cash or cash equivalents on its balance sheet, which it will use to accelerate its growth in key markets.
This is excellent news for Skillz! We’re not surprised that this has happened so quickly, especially since Skillz has a lot of active players who play big money every single day. We’ve had a few experiences with Skillz, and we can confirm it’s a VERY competitive game. So, good on them for this milestone!

A Mobile Version of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is in the Works, But Only in China
The wildly popular game Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is coming to mobile, but only in China. Games analyst Daniel Ahmad tweeted that Chinese entertainment company Bilibili has secured the rights to publish a mobile version of the game, but in China only.
Bilibili says it will be the “exclusive agent” for a genuine mobile game in mainland China that Google is translating to “Jelly Bean: Ultimate Knockout,” with “jelly bean” a likely reference to the game’s bean-shaped characters. In China, the PC and PS4 versions of the game go by the same name.
If you were looking for a mobile version of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, congrats… if you’re in China! Unfortunately for anyone outside of China, you’re going to have to wait a little bit longer. Oh, how it sucks seeing people live your dream! We’re really excited for it to be released worldwide, so hopefully, the wait won’t be much longer.

HoloVista is One of 2020s Most Promising Mobile Games, and it’s Launching This Month For iOS
Developer Aconite’s debut title, the hugely promising HoloVista, finally has a confirmed iOS release date of September 30th.
It’s perhaps best described as a narrative-driven puzzler where you play as a junior architect tasked with photographing the interior of what has to be one of the most opulent settings in video game history.
HoloVista isn’t yet available for pre-order, but keep an eye out for it when it launches onto the App Store come September 30th.
HoloVista is going to be downloaded onto our phones as soon as we get the chance! Not only do the visuals look incredible, but the gameplay sounds as if it’s going to keep us entertained.

Nintendo Announces Mario Video Game Compilation for Switch
Nintendo Co. announced Thursday a compilation of classic Super Mario video games for the Switch console. The collection will be one of Nintendo’s main releases this fall as it aims to keep the Switch’s hot streak going.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars includes newly remastered versions of Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy. A limited production of the collection will launch Sept. 18 and be available until about the end of March, Nintendo said in a statement.
If you’re a big Mario fan, this might just be the most exciting thing to happen to you this year. We sure think so! All of the iconic games are included in the compilation and we think it’s an amazing deal on Nintendo’s part.
