Gameplay
If you’re not familiar with Squid Game, where have you been? It’s so popular, multiple mobile games based on the thrilling TV show have been made and we’re here to review one of them for you!
The gameplay consists of lots of separate games, just like the TV show. These include:
- Red Light, Green Light
- Sugar Honeycombs
- Tug-of-war
- Marbles
- Glass Stepping Stones
- The Squid Game
My personal favorite is the Sugar Honeycomb game, mainly because it requires precision but they’re all fun in their own little ways.
Graphics
The graphics are nothing special and definitely don’t compliment the high-quality visuals in Netflix’s Squid Game. This game was definitely made in a rush to appeal to the hype!
Music & Sounds
The gameplay is mostly mute except when you play Red Light, Green Light, during this the audio is the same as it is when they play it in the show.
Controls
The controls depend on the mini-game but they’re centered around tapping fast, or dragging. There’s no tutorial to practice the controls but there’s no need for it!

The Verdict
Squid Game is an amazing show so there was no doubt in my mind that there were going to be some games inspired by it! I really enjoyed this one even it has basic visuals and a lot of ads.
