“In addition to news of a $499 Quest 3 headset arriving this fall, Meta today announced over 15 new titles for Quest VR headsets at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase today. The games include Stranger Things VR, a new version of NFL Pro Era, Assassin’s Creed: Nexus VR, and Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord.”

Nintendo announces 1-2-Switch sequel, Everybody 1-2-Switch

“Nintendo has officially announced Everybody 1-2-Switch!, a sequel to the motion-controlled mini-game collection that served as a console launch title, 1-2-Switch. The game is releasing on 30 June 2023. It will feature a new array of team-based party games where players will work together and compete in over-the-top challenges.”

If you’re a fan of party games, like Jackbox, you might want to get excited about this announcement!

Meet BMW’s in-car gaming console

Casual Gaming News: Meet BMW's in-car gaming console

“BMW has teamed up with the online gaming platform AirConsole to produce a new in-car gaming system for its next-generation vehicles. It’ll be first offered on the new BMW 5 Series – but the German brand eventually plans to roll the technology out across its line-up.”

It’s not quite as cool as the gaming system on Tesla. However, this is awesome for when you’re waiting for your car to charge.

Nintendo Reveals New Switch Joy-Con Pastel Colour Controller Sets

“If you’re looking for an excuse to add even more Joy-Con colors to your Switch collection, you’ll be pleased to know Nintendo has today announced another two sets.

They are due out in North America and other locations on 30th June 2023 and will be priced at $79.99 (or your regional equivalent). As you can see, one set is Pastel Purple and Pastel Green, and the other set includes Pastel Pink and Pastel Yellow.”

We definitely don’t need any more Joy-Con’s to add to our collection but these are just too cute not to. Nintendo knows what they’re doing!

“Diablo IV is almost here, with the game heading into a short Early Access period prior to its June 5th/6th launch next Tuesday—just one week from now! After several exciting beta weekends, this is shaping up to be a mega-hit for Blizzard and one of the biggest game launches of 2023.”

Diablo 4 is long-awaited and it’s finally here. We can’t wait to start playing and compare to the others in the series!
