Gameplay
The Greasy Spoon diner in Diner Town has been destroyed by two menacing characters who will do everything they can to make sure Flo and Cookie don’t succeed. As you start the game, your first job is to fix the street lamps, sweep up the sidewalk, and fix the sidewalk. However, to make these changes, you need to play mini-games and earn stars. The mini-games consist of taking orders from customers and giving them their food in a good time. Diner Dash Adventures is a cross between Gardenscapes and any general cooking game but I love the mash-up of the two. They work together as it gives you a sense of creativity while showing off your skills in the mini-game!
Graphics
The layout is very similar to what we remember of Diner Dash from our childhood, however, the graphics have had an amazing improvement. The characters now have a lot more life to them and look a lot more cartoony rather than obviously from a video game.
Music & Sounds
The music and sounds are pretty generic and are the kind you’d find in most games like this. I’m not complaining though as I still think it fits well.
Controls
When starting a mini-game, customers will queue up to be seated, tap the color of the table and chair that matches their outfit for extra points. Once they’re seated, all you need to do is tap them to take their order and then tap the order and give it back to them. As you can probably already tell, the controls for Diner Dash Adventures are extremely simple, making this the perfect casual game.

The Verdict
As expected, I enjoyed playing Diner Dash Adventures, mainly for the nostalgia but also for the addicting gameplay. I’m definitely going to keep this on my phone as it’s the perfect game to kill time with.
