CSR Racing 2 is the sequel to CSR Racing, which we have already reviewed. Like the first game, the aim is to start up and change gears at the right time in order to go fast and win the race. There is no need to turn the car or watch out for any obstacles, you see a side view of your car. The more accurate you hit the gears, the faster you’ll go.
CSR Racing as a whole is known for its amazing graphics, and CSR Racing 2 doesn’t disappoint. They’re definitely of console-quality and make the whole gameplay experience much more enjoyable.
The sounds consist of hearing your car, a sharp noise when you hit the gears and music once you win a race. There’s nothing much to it, or anything that I think helps the gameplay. However, the music is definitely a step up from the first game.
There are 3 controls on the screen when you start the race. Rev in the green zone and tap the accelerator on the right to do so, change gears by pressing the plus button at the right time. The controls are easy to follow and much easier to win a match as you don’t need to focus on steering.

There aren’t a lot of differences between CSR Racing 2, the main being how it looked visually. In the first game, you got a steering wheel with the controls on. But with this game, everything is a lot more minimalistic and sleek looking. There’s a high possibility that I’m going to keep the game on my phone, especially since it’s so addicting!
