Gameplay

It’s a great game for archery lovers!

Archery Go is a game that has appeared as an ad on other games I’ve played about 10,000 times. So naturally, I had to give it a go. When you first boot up the game, you are told to take a shot at the target. Once you’ve done that, it’s time to get into the business. Score points. So for example, if it says to score 25 points, you need to hit the target in the correct places so the numbers make up 25. Remember that wind impacts the route!

Graphics

The graphics aren’t completely terrible, but not great either!

The graphics aren’t completely terrible – they actually look the same as they do on the ad! But I’m not going to have a song and dance about them. They’re pretty basic, but in my opinion, I don’t think an archery game needs to impress with good graphics

Music & Sounds

You can just tell when sounds are cheap. The sounds are very basic, and the voice who announces the scores sounds very generic – almost like they bought this sound rather than creating their own. The background music is birds tweeting, which sounds very similar to Golf Clash and it gives it a nice relaxing vibe about it.

Controls

Control by pressing on the screen and holding down until you have your preferred position!

As for the controls, they are ridiculously easy to get used to. Press down on the screen and hold down to get ready to shoot the arrow, and when you’re ready you let go and the bow will shoot. That’s it!

All you have to do is make sure that you hit the target in the right place so you can score points.

The Verdict

What did you think of Archery Go?!

It’s a nice, easy game to play if you love archery, however, as someone who doesn’t really know anything about archery… it isn’t great. I found the controls to be very easy to use – may be too easy but that’s pretty much the only thing I can say I liked.

I wouldn’t play this game again, mainly because I don’t even understand how to play.
